Mr. Daud Kassim is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager at the PYI. With an unwavering passion for progress, Daud spearheads the conceptualization and implementation of comprehensive M&E tools, ensuring the effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of various projects and programs undertaken by the organization.

Holding a bachelor's degree in Project Planning and Management, obtained from the Institute of Rural Development Planning in Dodoma, Daud has honed his expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and impact assessment, aligning his skills with the ethos of sustainable development.

Beyond his role at the PYI, Daud is a highly engaged participant in numerous youth development initiatives. He has emerged as a prominent stakeholder in this sphere, using his expertise to facilitate inclusive growth and lasting, sustainable transformation. Daud's strategic acumen and collaborative style have not only cultivated a spirit of community involvement but have also laid the groundwork for substantial progress in the youth’s well-being.
